DIE ANTWORTEN - FAQ
How do we know it's a match?
Chemistry decides, not the contract. On our first call — the Vibe-Check — we both know within five minutes whether it fits. If yes: let’s do this. If no: I’ll honestly recommend a colleague who suits you better. I don’t sell you anything that doesn’t feel 100% right. Promise.
Is there an agency behind this?
You get the smoothness of an agency — without the agency face. The questionnaire, the clear process — all of it feels effortless, not because there’s a team in the background, but because I’m obsessed with you not having to worry about a single thing. Behind it is one person, not a pool that sends whoever shows up. The DJ you message and talk to is the one standing at your wedding. One face, one responsibility. Exactly why I only take on a handful of weddings per season.
How many weddings have you played?*
Enough to have already lived every dancefloor yours could become the slow one at 10pm, the exploding one at 2am. Concretely: over 100 weddings in more than 15 countries, from a finca in Mallorca to a castle in NRW, plus clubs and festivals (Parookaville, MGM Grand Las Vegas). Experience you can hear, without it ever sounding routine.
What kind of music do you play?
Not the playlist that runs at every second wedding. I don’t think in genres, I think in energy – reading the room in real time, second by second, what’s landing right now. Foundation: club and festival, Parookaville mainstage. Your must-haves, your guests’ vibe, my energy – one seamless set. No breaks. Nothing off the rack.
Do you take song requests?
Yours: yes, absolutely. Your guests’: with a filter — think of me as your bodyguard against bad music. And I go further than the usual wish list: you get access to an interactive tool that draws out your musical DNA — must-plays, absolute no-gos, your story in songs. It’s fun, takes less than an hour. If a request fits the vibe, I drop it instantly. If it kills the floor, I smile politely and “can’t quite find a spot for it.” Your party comes first. Always.
Do you also play with live acts? (DJ + sax / vocals / drums)
Absolutely. That’s the next level. Electronic beats plus live instruments is unbeatable. But I don’t “recommend” just anyone: I have a fixed crew of exceptional musicians (saxophone, e-drums, vocals) who get my style blind. We don’t improvise — we deliver a coordinated show If you want club atmosphere with live elements: let’s make it happen.
Do you bring sound and lighting?
Yes, matched to your venue and guest count, from an intimate celebration to a big hall. I handle sound and light so you don’t have to. Let’s not waste time on wattage and brand names: what matters is that the dancefloor shakes. The rest is my job.
Do you also handle the announcements?
As little as possible – and that’s on purpose. I keep the evening calm and elegant and only announce what’s truly necessary. No entertainer with a permanent mic, no conga line, no talking over the moment. Your guests should remember the night, not a DJ on the mic. I lead the energy through the music, not through announcements.
What's the plan B (illness)?
I won’t tell you fairy tales: no top DJ keeps peak-season dates free “for emergencies” — anyone who claims that is doing marketing. But you benefit from my standing in the scene. If the worst ever happens (it never has), I open my private phone book — direct access to a network you won’t find on Google. I move heaven and earth for the best possible replacement. You’re never left standing alone.
What's the investment?
Weekdays: from €2,500 | Weekends: from €2,800. For that you don’t get a “service”. You get a guarantee: a night that doesn’t sound like a template. No standard run-of-show. No empty wedding clichés. We start elegant and end it excessive. Everything else (tech, travel) we sort out once the vibe is right.
How does the process work?
1. Vibe-Check (questionnaire): You start with my interactive questionnaire — musical, personal, your vision for the night. It’s fun, takes less than an hour. Afterwards I know whether we’re on the same wavelength — before we’ve even spoken.
2. The call: If the vibe fits, we talk — and within five minutes we know if it really matches.
3. Booking: Contract signed plus deposit, your date is yours.
4. Wedding Checkup (interactive questionnaire): You keep dropping in inspirations and must-haves whenever something comes to mind — no paper chaos, your musical DNA grows right up to the night.
5. Detail Call: 2–4 weeks before, the final polish.
